   I think those sentiments underscore the vital importance of, like you noted and attributed to Howard-Johnson, putting your best book forward. I think it’s important no matter the format or method of distribution. Last night, I did a post on my blog that touched on the idea of disenfranchisement toward writers who use services like Lulu to get their books out there.
